Important Info About the Sample Report:

The file contained in the link is an End of Builders Warranty Inspection performed on a 1 year old house, prior to the end of the 1 year builder’s warranty. It is an actual inspection performed last year. As all real estate inspection reports are confidential, the name has been changed to protect the privacy of my client.

This is the same format of inspection report that we use for real estate inspections performed prior to the buying or selling of a house.

It is important to note that all houses are different and have different issues dependent upon age of the dwelling, how the property has been maintained, and the quality of construction amongst other factors.
An older house will tend to have more issues than an newer house and a poorly maintained property will have more issues than property that has been well kept.
